Dedicated to James Michael Evensen-McCullough

Hello my name is Belinda and this page is Dedicated to the Memory of my Son, James Michael Evensen-McCullough, who was murdered November 16, 1997. Several "Gang" members, street thugs, viciously ambushed James as he sat in his car. It is my hope that people will start to stand up for victim's rights. Stop letting criminals have more rights than the victims they perpetrate their crimes upon. Stop giving them easy out's of prison. Good time…What is that? Good time for staying out of trouble when they are supposed to be being punished? Let's take a look at their punishment. Is it "true" punishment? Why do we continue to allow Judges, District Attorneys and others to decide what is appropriate for the deaths, mutilation, and other carnage they inflict upon us and our loved ones? Laws should be reflecting what the people feel is adequate. Would you want someone who kills your child out of prison in the same amount of time your child walked the earth? If you are tired of criminals being set free to harm others, have you done anything to change it? Will you do anything to change it?
Can you make a call, write a letter, make your voice heard to the lawmakers?
Only we can make the Difference. Please try to bring True Justice to this ever changing world of ours.
