NOTE: All tracks are apparently taken from very commonly circulating, long-available line recordings. Aside from the identified use of the Manchester 1966, Forest Hills 1963, and Finjan 1962 recordings, other likely sources are the Quest 1964 broadcast and the Town Hall 1963 recording. In any event, this disc is certainly not recommended, since all the source recordings circulate in more complete form and almost certainly better sound.
