DEEP: Depending upon one's perspective, this one is a hit or miss. As a stand alone piece, it holds together nicely and presents some scarcer tracks in excellent quality from line recordings. On the other hand, the collection offers nothing unavailable elsewhere, although many of the tracks are from pieces that are difficult to find on glass-mastered disc these days. A fine listen, but not for those with ready access to other field recordings. Pedestrian artwork.
rmd: A very nice compilation of various covers recorded live. However, a collector will probably already have most of these tracks (in their original settings). The packaging is below what you would expect nowadays.
