The movie that made Arnold a star. It had to at least be decent or so I thought. I'm misleading you by that statement, but so what? I'm sure in it's day this movie was considered extremely violent, now it's just violent. The action is good, but the story is a little long and boring.
Arnold does a good job with the few lines he has, but he actually seems like he's acting. I know that's hard to believe, but Arnold can act. His character is very different by the end of the film. He's a wiser man and everyone knows it.
He starts out as just a strong fighter, but by the end he's smart and cunning. The only thing I wanted more of, was monsters. I like the fight he has with the giant snake, but it's too brief and I want more.
I've seen this movie twice now and it's fun in that B grade vein, but I'm gonna give it a C.
