Howie Long was okay in Broken Arrow. It wasn't that good of a film anyway and he didn't have enough lines to really show if he was good or bad. Now we know. He's better than Seagal, but not as good as Jackie Chan. I'm talking quality of acting which most action stars totally ignore, but it explains their failures and successes.
The plot is pretty much an excuse to kill people and show some forest fires. It's a jail break in a forrest and yada, yada, yada Howie Long is fighting for his life. It's pretty stupid and not all that exciting. He always seems to be trying to hard to come off as sincere and nobody is buying it from this guy.
I don't recommend this film to anyone. It's a bad action film and is good only if you need a good nap and you miss the sound of a crackling fire. I give Firestorm an F.
