Ever since The Fugitive Tommy Lee Jones has stepped to the front of great American actors. He was great as Two-Face in Batman Forever and he's even better reprising his role as Samuel Gerard.

Mark Sheridan (Wesley Snipes) is an alleged murderer that escapes in a spectacular plane crash that was far more enjoyable on the big screen. Gerard and his US Marshals persue Sheridan and discover many secrets about the government and the new kid on their team, John Royce (Robert Downey Jr).

It's not a great movie, but Jones is so good you can't be anything, but spellbound by his performance. The film is full of great stunts and Jones has many one-liners that are memorable. The script is tight and will keep you guessing from the very beginning. It's fairly easy to figure out who the traitor is, but it's fun to watch the Marshals find out.

I like the film and it deserves a B-.
