Levels of Achievement and Skill

Within the clan there exists five seperate levels of achievement. The highest position that one could attain is Grandmaster. This position is awarded only to those who "get it" and show and unfaltering knowledge of the world and themselves. A Grandmaster must be able to observe the world, understand it, and react accordingly and appropriately to any situation that confronts him (or her, I guess). There is nothing that an accomplished Grandmaster Ninja cannot defeat. The second highest plane of achievement is MasterNinja. A MasterNinja has learned and practiced all of the appropriate skills of Ninjutsu and is able to apply them in a effective and skillful manner. The MasterNinja can rely on its own strength to overcome any situation that presents itself. The third highest plane of achievement is Ninja. A Ninja has learned all or most skills necessary to the completion of missions and objectives. A Ninja holds the skill to complete missions, but does not have complete mastery over the art of Ninjutsu or himself. A Ninja needs only practice and focus to attain more. The fourth highest plance of achievement is Novice. A Novice has begun learning the basic Ninja skills and can successfully carry out simple missions. Also called an "Amatuer Ninja", the Novice is still in the schooling phase of their Ninja training and still must gain mastery over the Ninja knowledge and mindset. The lowest plane of achievement is Thug. A Thug has made only the first step in the Ninja training process. They have made the commitment to the Ninja code and cause and are ready to begin training proceedures.
