STAGE SELECT. At the title screen hold L, Z, C-Down. If the character select screen appears you entered the code correctly. Now select a level by pressing C-Up or C-Down.
BEAT EXO. Get behind one of the blue benchs and wait untill he gets stuck, and throw luggage at him.
INSTANT ROCKET LAUNCHER. To get the Rocket Launcher in the first level, you have to go to the police car which is closest to where you started. When you are there kick or punch the car until the it breaks. You will see the trunk of the car open and the Rocket Launcher.
