I see that you have decided to become a student of Pokémon Tech. To automatically become a Level 2 student of Pokémon Tech, take the entrance exam. If you want to start from the beginning, just place the following information on the Pokémon Tech Message Board. Students starting at Level 1 will get to pick 2 Pokémon.

Classes you want to start with(pick 3)
URL of the your pic(not your literally, a pic of your favorite character in the show. It will be posted in the students area next to your info)
Yahoo! Name(if you have one).
