HOT DOG CASSEROLE
4 Servings Mashed potato
1/2 Cup Sweet Relish
4 Tablespoons Mayonaise
3 Tablespoons Mustard
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
2 Lbs Smoked Sausage, or hotdogs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the mashed potatoes as directed on the package for 4 servings.
Stir in relish, onions, mustard, mayonaise. Pour into 1-quart casserole, cut the sausage, or hotdogs
lengtwise, then in 2 inch pieces. Insert the sausage, or hotdogs, around the edge of the casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4. A good option is to top with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
This is a kids favorite.
