BARBEQUE SAUCE

PEDER'S HOT BARBEQUE SAUCE


8 Roma Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion
2 Bell Peppers
3 Jalapenos
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Apple
1 Cup Catsup
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Mustard
3 Tablespoons Worshestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Bulldog Sauce
3 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Molasses
2 Tablespoons Chervel
2 Tablespoons Cumin
2 Tablespoons Parsley
2 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
Dice the onion,and saute in olive oil until it's translucent
dice the tomatoes, apple, jalapenos and bell peppers, add it to the onion ans simmer for 20
minutes. Add the rest of the ingridients, and simmer for another 25 minutes. Blend the mixture
in a blender, or food processor, until smooth. Let the sauce cool, and refrigerate or freeze,
lasts for a week in the fridge, and for least a month in the freezer.
This sauce is pretty HOT!!! If you want you can use less Cayenne and Chili Powder
