CINDY's SALSA


4 Jalapenos
1 Pablano Pepper
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
28 Oz. Stewed Tomatoes
1 Tomato
1 Cup Cilantro
3 Tablespoons White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Gourmet Kosher Salt

Steam the jalapenos and pablano until tender, puree the peppers, 1/2 of the bell pepper, 1/2 of
the onion, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, stewed tomatoes and the salt.
Chop the rest of the bell pepper, onion, tomato and cilantro, add it to the mixture.
Chopped avocado, can also be added to give the salsa extra taste.
Cindy, my sweet wife, also like add 2 Habanero peppers, for even more heat.
