MECHA BAY: RESOURCE ALLOCATION
Below is a list of each squadron's maintenance bay as well as the base's float personnel and resources. Logistics chiefs from each squadron should be well familiar with all this info and be on the lookout for any spare resources that they can claim for their squadron. Safeties officers must also frequent this area and work with the logistics chief to keep their squadron's mecha in working order.
At least 5% of the base's total mechanical and engineering staff must be on float duty at all times. Duty officers may deal amongst each other to attain supply or personnel goals. Due to the variables concidered in damage estimates and repair needs, even distribution cannot be accomplished. Therefore it is the duty of each logistics chief to ensure their squadron is fully stocked with supplies and personnel.
Each armor-alloy crate is worth 10 M.D.C. in repair material (1 hour per every 5 points restored). Every electronic-equipment crate carries enough equipment for two system repairs (1D4 hours each) or one entire system replacement (3D4 hours each); or two weapon system repairs (1D4 hours each) or one entire weapon system replacement (2D8 hours each). Note: The repair and replacement estimates are per each engineer assigned to the task. Two engineers would reduce the time by half, and so on. Mechanical engineers replace armor and veritech transformation systems repair while electrical engineers are needed for the delicate equipment and various sub-systems.

The following chart shows incoming convoys carrying supplies from various bases and cities nearby. These supplies are immediately dumped into the base's general stores bay where they are divided up by request of the various squadrons. Around two thirds of all incoming resources are given to the Destroid hangars and resupply docks. A minimum of four hundred armor and two hundred electrical equipment crates are required to be present in the general stores bay at all times for emergency purposes.
Reserved materials are the amount of incoming resources that are to be distributed to outposts and smaller local bases in our area. These supplies will stay in a specially marked bay under guard and will remain untampered with until they are scheduled to be shipped out. Non-reserved materials are the supplies expected in the next convoy for RDF B-7 uses. Specially ordered equipment is also marked below, first by squadron/battalion name and then by part type.
