Steal This Movie!(2000) .... Jerry Rubin
Formerly titled Abbie!, this will star Vincent D'Onofrio as Abbie Hoffman. It's also Kevin's first "real person" role, and to prepare for it, he watched tapes of the outspoken Rubin. While filming, he got to run around on a pig farm.=) Apparently, Steal this Movie! played at the 2000 South By Southwest film festival, but I'm not sure when it will come to regular theaters.
Chain of Fools(2000) .... Paulie
A crime-comedy that features an eclectic cast (Salma Hayek, Elijah Wood, Lara Flynn Boyle, Jeff Goldlum, Claudia Schiffer, Michael Rapaport, David Hyde Pierce, and of course Kevin ... among others.) That's really all I can tell you about it, as of now!
See Jane Run(2000)
Described as a sort of druggy, suicidal "Alice in Wonderland"-type story, Kevin will appear here along with Clea DuVall and Richmond Arquette. I believe it has played at at least one film festival, but I'm not sure which one, so don't quote me on that!
Detroit Rock City(1999) .... Beefy Jerk
Kevin helped get this KISS movie (about four 70s teens who go to see the band) into the right hands, and has a cameo. Interestingly, both he and the other actor who plays somebody named "Beefy Jerk" have appeared in (seperate) movies as characters named "Goon." This doesn't look like my kind of movie, but the director -- Adam Rifkin -- made the stupidly entertaining Never on Tuesday, so perhaps this will be the same type of film. It's now on video for those who wish to rent it!
