Game 2 Summary: The Cannons (1-1) got in the win column for the 2010 season with a 12-4 victory over the Bears (1-2). The Cannons scored 6 runs in the first inning and pounded out 16 hits for the game, led by Matt Metsker's 4 for 4 day. Aaron Boisjolie was 3 for 3 with 2 RBI and starting pitcher Derek Benson had 2 hits and 3 RBI.
Benson (1-0) picked up the win going 5 innings and striking out 11. Pete Ford closed out the game with two innings of relief work.
