Vidar Riseth grabbed a critical winner for Celtic in what is beginning to look very much like the battle for second place. McCoist came closest to scoring for the Ayrshire side, but Celtic always gave the impression they had the measure of Kilmarnock underlined by five minutes of domination after the restart which saw Mjallby come close and then in the 49th Minute a Riseth headed goal which turned out to be the winner.
