Swallowed up in time
Precious memories clumped together
Photographed within my mind

Times of joy and times of laughter
Like the wind they've come and gone
Borne on wings forever after
Stored in memory alone

Oh, if only we could call back
Just one picture from the past
Make it live and feel the impact
Of a time that did not last
