Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Revelation 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

Satan defacto is cast out and once he is here he plays a role called the dragon. The dragon is not the role of the antichrist but the same role he played in the first age when he was that great red dragon.
 

Revelation 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

The dragon is merely another word for a great serpent and satan is that serpent.
 
 

Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Revelation 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

The dragon gives this NWO beast his power, his seat and authority. Remember that satan has already been cast out and is working here to strengthen the NWO.

We have an order of appearance in this verse. First we have the dragon, and then we have this beast which receives it's power from the dragon, which is satan the great serpent.
 

When satan decides it's time to "play jesus" he plays the role of the AC which is referred to as the beast with two horns like a lamb. This is the fake lamb, the AC.
 

Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
 
 
 

In this role he borrows from the role of the dragon. The dragon/serpent is the beguiling and tempting role, so the "speaking as a dragon" will be how he speaks to the world to cause them to further believe he is the true christ. But keep in mind these are two separate roles. First he is the dragon, then the NWO beast rises out of the sea, then satan "comes out of the earth" to announce himself as christ.
 

Revelation 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

The AC "excercises" the power of the NWO beast. Satan as the AC will take control of the NWO and cause all to worship his governmental system with him as the head honcho.

Clearly we see that satan does not immediately begin the role of the AC when cast out of heaven, for he is here before that in the role of the dragon, before even the NWO beast system.
