God has given me a great gift that has taken me from being sick with sinus infections or colds every 2 months to not being sick since I began using this all natural product. Next, Add the Vinegar, Stirring Well. Don't have the Tap Water be too hot, as it would destroy the Vitamins and Minerals that are in the Vinegar. Apple Cider Vinegar has all the Major Vitamins and Minerals that are needed for the body to stay healthy. Because it is liquid it is absorbed 100% by the body. For the Vinegar Cocktail to work efficiently, it is very important that each mouthful is held in the mouth for 20 seconds, then swallowed slowly.
