Other facts you may wish to include:: this is a nightly event since I first saw it 9/12/01. It is stationary in the northwest for approx 45 min than it is stationary in the northeast for the same. I have not been able to witness it's movement as of yet. On the first nite it did move up,down in 'jerky' motions. This might be something simple, but it's NOT a plane, helicopter, or the infamous weather balloon !!.I can see it with binoculars but its so far away I cant make out a shape, only the obvious rotating lights. This has me very concerned, I'm not the type of person to go online and search for answers...but this really has me anxious for an answer. Maybe you can help!
