Other facts you may wish to include:: There were four circular lights in the sky. They looked like they wre being projected DOWN onto the clouds, because there were no beams visible, and I believe with that type of weather a light strong enough and powerful enough to shine onto clouds (believed to be cirrus clouds) would leave a visible beam. The four lights would go in individual circular orbits and would merge in the middle, and begin their orbit again. They did this repeatedly for as long as we saw them. The first time I noticed the time while watching them was 6:13PM but we had been watching them for a few minutes before and the last time I looked at my watch was 6:34PM-that is when they began to fade out. They continued to move east and faded out, they looked like they were moving up, higher in the sky.
