Medical Benefits Our State Doesn't Pay For Through It's DSHS Administered Medical Coupon Program

Governor Locke appointed a new director for the DSHS this year (2000), a Mr. Dennis Braddock, who supposedly has spent much of his career legislating health care. I see no evidence of any such improvement.
