Schmidt - The Dark Master

Schmidt is the coolest, misunderstood character of Thousand Arms. Although he is considered a villian, you can't help but feel for him and like him. Meis first meet him on the road, right after coming from Fort Treve. He's very protective of Sodina and the two seem to share some sort of a relationship. Jealous? Meis soon learns he's actually Jyabils' apprentice who has been on a long journey. After showing off some of his moves, Schmidt lends Meis his 'Dark Sword' to use to protect Sodina.

In town, Schmidt is very popular with the ladies, just like his master. Everyone in Boyzby seems to like him very much, so it seems that he had greatly changed through his journey. What was Schmidt like before he left? We can only wonder. I'm thinking he was a dedicated student, a strong fighter, eager to learn the ways of his master's teachings. If Sodina liked him, he must have been kind and considerate towards her. I also wonder if he was the boy which she talked about that treated her 'special'. Whether or not he was, he was greatly affected by the Dark sword.
