Don't miss the pants on the kid in the middle. I had to try to be low key, but I was very determined to get a photo of those pants! I saw quite a few more kids like this as my trip progressed. They seem quite convenient. The child sits or squats and his or her genitals are fully revealed. On the other hand, it also makes voiding simple and easy. The child can go anywhere, anytime, without help from older folks. Though wiping up may be needed, it's still hassle-free compared to the time of washing out cloth diapers or the expense (especially to the environment) of using disposables.
Photo Note:
You might notice the two different tones in the photos here. Believe it or not, they were taken on the same film, called T400CN (Kodak). It is black and white film, but it can be developed with (cheap) color processing. Then some of the negatives were printed black and white (the ones that look grey) and some were printed with color printing (the ones that are a tad bit brownish purple).
