LEAP FROG
1 1/2oz. gin; 1/2oz. lemon juice; ginger ale
Mix gin and lemon juice with cracked ice in a tall highball or Collins glass and fill with cold ginger ale.
COW COW COOLER
1 1/2oz. vodka; 3/4oz. root beer schnapps; root beer; large scoop vanilla ice cream
Combine vodka and root beer schnapps in a chilled Collins glass with ice cubes and fill with cold root beer. Drop in ice cream scoop.
HARVEY WALLBANGER
1 1/2oz. vodka; 4oz. orange juice; 1/2oz. Galliano
Pour vodka and orange juice into a chilled Collins glass with several ice cubes and stirl well. Top with Galliano float.
BETWEEN THE SHEETS
3/4oz. light rum; 3/4oz. brandy; 3/4oz. Cointreau; 1/2oz. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
CHI-CHI
2oz. light rum; 5oz. pineapple juice; 1/2oz. blackberry brandy
Mix rum and pineapple juice with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled highball glass. Top off with blackberry brandy.
STINGER SOUR
1 1/2oz. bourbon; 1tbsp. lemon juice; several dashes peppermint schnapps; sugar syrup to taste
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Served in a chilled cocktail glass.
LOCH NESS
1 1/2oz. scotch; 1oz. Pernod; 1/4oz. sweet vermouth
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass.
TEQUILA GIMLET
1 1/2oz. tequila; 1oz. lime juice; lime wedge
Pour tequila and lime juice into an Old Fashioned Glass with ice cubes, still well, and garnish with lime wedge.
COCO CHANEL
1 oz. Gin; 1 oz. Kahlua; 1 oz. Heavy Cream
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
FLYING GRASSHOPPER
1 1/2 oz. Vodka; 1/2 oz. Green Creme De Menthe; 1/2 oz. White Creme De Menthe
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
