Cookies & Cream Pie
1 Ready Made Pie Crust (6-oz.); 1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk; 1 Package Vanilla Pudding; Whipped Topping (8 oz.); 1 Cup Oreo Cookies (or another chocolate sandwich cookie) crushed coarsely.
Beat milk and pudding for 1 minute until well blended. Let stand for approx. 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies. Spoon into ready made crust. Freeze until firm. Approx. 5-6 hours.
