PEANUT BUTTER HONEY PUFFS
This recipe from a book my wife had as a child called Buddy Bear's No-Cook Cookbook by Pauline C. Peck. It was from the Weekly Reader Children's Book Club and was published in 1980.
1/2 C. Peanut Butter; 1/2 C. Nonfat Dry Milk; 1/2 C. Honey; 1/2 tsp. Vanilla; 1/4 C. Crushed Cornflakes
Mix peanut butter, milk, honey and vanilla together. Roll into small balls. Roll the balls into the crushed cornflakes. Place balls on waxed paper. Chill one hour and serve.
Makes about 10 puffs.
