COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
1lb. Ground Beef; 2c. Bread Crumbs; 1/3c. Minced Onions; 1/4c. Milk; 1 Egg; 1/2tsp. Worcestershire Sauce; 1/4c. Shortening; 12oz. Chili Sauce; 10oz. Grape Jelly; Dash Of Salt And Pepper
Mix first 7 ingredients well. Gently shape into 1 inch balls. Melt shortening in large skillet. Brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from skillet, pour off fat. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until coated. Simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
