GROUND BEEF AND OLIVE CASSEROLE
2lb. Ground Beef; 1 Large Onion, Chopped; 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced or Mashed; 1 1/2tsp. Salt; 1/4tsp. Pepper; 1T Chili Powder; 2 Cans (8oz.) Tomato Sauce (Add A Little Water); 1 Large Can Ripe Olives, drained; 2c. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese; 6oz. Wide Egg Noodles; Boiling Salted Water
Cook ground beef and onion together, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and chili pepper. As the meat cooks, add tomato sauce and olives. Cook and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and stir until melted.
Cook noodles and drain. Arrance half the noodles in a 9x13 inch baking pan and cover with half the meat mixture. Repeat with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
