FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

2c. heavy cream; 2oz. butter; 1 1/2lb. fresh fettuccine; 6oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese; salt; pepper
Cook noodles according to package instructions (slightly undercook according to instructions.) Combine cream, butter, and parmesan cheese in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Add pre-cooked noodles. Reduce to one quarter or desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. SERVINGS-10 (Portion size=6-7oz.)
