PLAIN FLOUR PASTA
2 large eggs; 1c. flour
Place eggs in bowl. Add flour. Add enough flour to make a very stiff dough. This is accomplished best by making large enough quantities to use a mixer. A softer dough is more suitable for stuffed pastas.
