SSH 2F was added to the state highway system in 1937. This route began at Jct PSH 2 (at the time US 10, 1940-48 Alt US 10, since 1948 US 2) NE of Coulee City and headed northeasterly to the boundary of the federal reservation at Grand Coulee Dam. This route is now part of SR 155.
