Secondary State Highway 3D

SSH 3D was added to the state highway system in 1937. This route began at Jct PSH 3 (then US 410, now US 12) at Touchet and headed north to the vicinity of Eureka, then easterly, ending at Jct SSH 3E west of Prescott.

In 1951 the Touchet to Eureka portion of SSH 3D was dropped from the state highway system and a section from Burbank to Eureka was added. In 1965, that portion of SSH 3D, by then signed as SR 124, from Burbank to the county road leading to Ice Harbor Dam became designated in state law as "Ice Harbor Drive". SSH 3D is now SR 124.
