SSH 3V was added to the state highway system in 1967. This route began at Jct PSH 3 (US 12) about a mile east of Sunnyside and headed in a NNE direction to Jct SSH 11A (SR 24) just west of the Yakima-Benton County line. SSH 3V has never been posted as such, only as SR 241.
