Bar Ride / Bar Hop
Begin by rolling at a jogging pace.
Just be riding normal.
Jump off the pedals using your arms to fling your weight up and over the bars.
Before you land on the pegs just make sure you can tuck in your knees and get over the bars.
Sit on the handlebars and coast. There are 2 different ways to do this. It will take a while to learn either one.
This is the easier way: To learn to balance just reach back with one of your hands and hold onto the seat. You can use this hand to steer with.
This is the harder way: Don't have your hand on the seat. Its harder to steer and balance this way but its worth knowing.
To ride out snap your legs up and back.
