Barspins


When you first start learning this trick you should practise at a slow walking pace but once you have it down you can do it at a jog. This trick is all about guts so suck it in.

Okay start rolling ahead.

Spread your legs open, lean back and pull up your front wheel about 6 inches off the ground at the same time.

This is the part that takes guts. Let go of your handlebars with your left hand and with your right spin the bars 180 degrees.

Before you crash and burn, catch the bars with both hands at the same time. Center yourself back over the bike and put your front wheel down.

Now repeat to straiten the bars out.

NOTE: You should start out doing 180 barspins but once you get real good at 180s step it up to 360s.
