Start at a slow walking pace. Feet on pegs

Now hit both brakes and do a low endo only a few inches high.

When you return the back wheel to the ground pull the front up and back to you so you are now balancing up high.

Keep your brakes on and hop. This is just a little harder than it seems. If you just jump you will jump off the pegs. You have to pull up with the bars as you jump and this will keep the bike with your feet. Try this for a while you should get it quick.

Hop around a bit. The more the better.

To land lean forwards and set the front down let go of the brakes and put your feet onto the pedals and pedal off!
