There are really only two ways to do this, pegs and pedals. I personally think peg is easier than ped but try both of them.
PEDALS: Ride at a walking pace, everything is riding normal.
Now bring you right foot over the top tube onto the left side of the frame.
At the same time put your right foot in the fork and slam the front brakes.
Now with your left foot shove the frame around the bars in a 360. This will take practice.
Balance the bike as you wait for the frame to come around.
Catch the frame with your left foot, anyhere on the frame will do. Then tuck it under you body, place your feet on the pedals and ride out.
The landing is the hardest part. Work on it a lot. If you have issues like the frame slamminginto the ground when you push it, go at a slower pace.
Pegs: Same exact thing as pedals except use the pegs to push the bike around instead of pedals. Ride out the same way.
