Track Stand
SLOW moving pace. left foot on the front left peg, right on left back peg.
Hit the front brakes but you shouldn't be going fast enough to endo.
At the same time you hit the brakes push yourself from theback around 90 so your on the front left side of the bike.
Now you can either balance here or hit the back brakes and let go of the front and scuff around in circles. Scuffing is pushing the wheel back and then dragging your toe back up it and pushing down again. You use the dragging for balance.
To ride away just grab the frame with your right foot and pull yourself back to it. feet on pedals, ride out.
