WHEELIE - Ride forward moderatly slow.
Pull the front wheel about 1 1/2 feet off the ground.
Now pedal to keep yourself up. if you start to lower pedal harder if you start to loop out backwards tap the brakes a bit.
To land just stop pedaling and set the bike down.
MANUAL - Just like a wheelie only you don't pedal. It is also more dificult yet better to know.
Move at a fast jogging pace.
Pull your front wheel up about 1 1/2 feet and stick your butt very far back over the back tire about 6 in above it.
If you start to fall forwards bend you arms some and bring the bike back to you, if you start to fall backwards tap the brakes and/or move your but a bit towards the seat, ONLY A LITTLE!
To land tap the brakes and lean forward sit back on your seat and ride away.
