1.The CNP recognizes the fact that British Columbia and the counties of Northern California, the land beginning with Mount Lassen are geographical parts of Cascadia. We also must recognize that these are also areas that are a part of separate governments. The lands of British Columbia and Northern California also have separatist movements as well. The CNP is currently concentrating on the states of Oregon and Washington at this time due to logistics and political reasons. However, the CNP will accept and welcome any support from those in British Columbia and Northern California. We must have the popular support in these lands in order to maintain any claim. Should there be popular support then we must adhere to this support and embrace them. The territory of the future Cascadian nation must not expand beyond these lands.
