This is at the Greenwood Car Show 2001. It is a local show near Greenlake in Washington. the show took up 15 city blocks and had over 750 official participants.
This is Etsell's svo. He has done a lot of mods including a T3/T4 turbo, bigger injectorstors, and converted from the VAM to a mass air, just to name a few.
