Touch Of Life

This is dedicated to a special young man who we all loved and cherished. May his memory live forever in our hearts.

Grandpa White, Uncle David, Aunt Judy, Uncle Danny, Little Danny (who informed me the last time I talked to him, he was to old to be Little Danny, but always will be Little Danny in my heart) Aunt Kathy, Uncle Morris, Uncle Paul. The two little boys standing in front of Little Danny are the joys of his life. His sons, both were lucky to have him, even for a short time. Danny loved them with everything he had inside him. Ya did good Danny!

A Father's Love
A Father's Love is something you can count on, to stand with you at your darkest hour.
A Father's Love is something you can count on to show you the way when you are lost.
A Father's Love is always there when you need a helping hand, or just someone to talk to.
A Father's Love goes on and never dies.
Standing here in this picture, you can see the Father Love, Both of these men have the greatest gift that God could ever give them. A Father's Love.

We have lost someone special in our life. But he is not to be forgotten. As I sit here trying to figure out what to say about Dan, tears come to my eyes. From the moment I had heard of his death, I see his face and smile in my vision. The way he would smile with that silly little grin he had, the way he would laugh.

My childhood friend is gone, but not forgotton. As kids we would sit on the front porch and dream of what we would be when we were older. Sometimes I look back to those times and wonder if he ever made his dream?

Memories of Little Danny will always live inside me, he may be gone, but those stay forever. Little things like, the day of my birthday we had a big get together at our house. Of course being the 4th of July (and my birthday) we had firecrackers. Danny threw one in the air and it landed inside of an old tree. And with his luck, the firecracker landed in an old squirrels nest and started a fire. I think that was the only birthday I had a firetruck show up!

How can one ever really say goodbye? I know I can't.
