PINFALLS

Well, Eruption has come and gone. I won't go into detail about what I thought, but as a ppv I thought I got my money's worth. The one thing I did find odd was that there was no advertisement for another ppv. Inception had an ad for Revolution and after Revolution there was an ad for Eruption. The WWA has a tour of the UK starting this May and it would seem like a ppv was just a given. Then I started to think about the Summer ... vacations...picnics...baseball... drive-in movies...Jeff and Jerry Jarrett's NWA promotion starting in June...OF COURSE! Now everything in my wrestling obsessed mind started to come together.

Jeff Jarrett and McManus are INCAHOOTS! They're not having a ppv right now because it'll mess with Jarrett's NWA ppv debut on inDemand. I know Jarrett is a name, but he's not THAT big of a name that he could just strike a deal with one of the biggest ppv companies in the United States. I think McManus set things up for Jarrett so McManus could trade talent and perhaps work on a cross promotional ppv. BELT V. BELT kind of thing. Showcasing WWA wrestlers on Jarrett's weekly $10 ppv and NWA wrestlers on the $20 WWA pay per views.

McManus has had trouble losing his wrestling talent and he doesn't have a weekly television show to run storylines to get people interested in the WWA pay per views, but he has the next best thing with the NWA. Okay, I know some of this sounds like some sort of conspiracy theory and internet rumor fodder, but honestly I think there has to be some truth to it. Just think about some of these questions.

1. If Jeff Jarrett left the WWA to start his own promotion then why is he still working with McManus for the UK show?

2. How the hell did Jarrett come up with the cash to foot the bill for the rights to the NWA name, startup a promotion, and cut a deal with inDemand?

3. Why has there already been rumors of talent trading and WWA wrestlers participating during the NWA pay per views if Jeff Jarrett is doing this McManus-less?

Of course I could be way off, but I guess we'll find out soon enough.
