Pain Medications
I take so many pills,
They've got a pill for everything.
But no matter how many pills you take
Something always hides, until the pills are gone....
Something small, but something bad,
To make my tries all in vain.
And no matter how many pills I take,
Something always come back.
Seemingly insignificant, unworthy, unknown,
Always underestimated...
Just like me.
You take the pills to take the pain away,
But something always stays behind.
It doesn't matter how many pills you take,
Something always slips through.
Just a little something, and it all comes
falling crashing down.
