Boys and My Heart

Some boys play with my heart,
Try to rip it apart,
Like it’s a toy,
For a young girl or boy,
But it’s not!

It’s not just a toy to be passed round or kicked,
And it’s not designed to be broken to bits.
But,
If that makes you feel good,
Not that it should,
Go ahead.

It’s only the heart of an ugly lass,
A heart that is worthless to you and the rest.
And each day I wish what will never come true,
I wish that someday I could be there with you.

Not that you’d see me, or anything like that,
Because of the facts that I’m ugly and fat.
But, unless you look deeper into my mind,
You’ll never be certain of what you might find.
