My offer on the house was accepted and I've been to see the mortgage advisor and they can't forsee a problem with getting a mortgage.
Have had people round for the roof and the electrics and there are people coming round for the damp-proofing and the windows this week. If I can get the quotes in before the surveyer goes out then I can get the cost of these repairs added onto my mortgage.
I'm fairly pissed off with my workplace, after I've been slaving away for the last 2 weeks, I've not been allowed all the holiday that I want. I asked for Thurs and Fri off this week, but I'm not allowed it and it just makes me feel so unappreciated. The work I'm going to be doing, anyone could do, but nope, it's just not to be. My parents are away this week and next and my sister is also away next week so I wanted to take a week off to pamper myself. My boss has even been trying to get me to be in next week and I'll be off sick before I come into work.
