W/C 19 November 2001!!!

I've taken photo's now, but the damp-proofing and the path is complete, the re-wiring is taking place as I type and should be finished by the end of the week. (I'll get the piccies up ASAP!) Have organised for the double glazing to take place the first working week in January, and I'll be able to take Smartie in the second week. I met him yesterday, he's adorable, even if he needs to go on a bit of a diet. He's white with a couple of black splodges on his face and a black tail. I can easily see me being the type to take in any waifes and strays from the area...

Not sure what (if anything) is going on when it comes to blokes this week. Jonny practically ignored me the whole night on Sat night...

After a whole fiasco when I wanted to play darts...
I didn't realise that places were still so sexist that a woman can't go into a bar and play darts or pool. I simply wanted some time to chill out and practice my darts. I'd never been there before, but I assumed that your traditional "Working Man's Club" had matured enough to realise that it's not only men who need to relax after work. (Especially if the person is supporting three jobs - no names mentioned -Especially not ME!) None of the clubs that I've been in, since I was little, have been that sexist. I was very disappointed, had a word with the manager and left for Consett.

I did leave a few great friends in Leadgate, but I'd had just about enough of the sexist attitude of the place and everything else. I'm really sorry to Rob especially for deserting him. If you're reading this and fancy getting together, just ask Big Dave for my number...?
Please...?
