Woo Hoo!!!
Since typing the below (earlier in the week) I am pleased that at 10.15 on Friday Morning (the 24th) I contacted Bennets and my offer has been Accepted.!!!
I really can't wait - I just want to move in right away and I think it'll be really great...
I am STILL waiting to hear from the bl**dy Estate Agents, after almost 3 weeks of waiting, 3 weeks since I put on offer on the house on Thursday 2 August, I have still heard nothing back... I have been REALLY BUGGING the estate agents now, (2 calls a day) to try and chivvy them on. They're really getting sick of me but it's still the same old story "Well the solicitor hasn't got back in touch and he's been on holiday and he's back off holiday and he's sorting out all his paper work and we'll ring you if we hear anything... No, honestly, WE will ring YOU!!!"
It needs a hell of a lot of work doing to it including the roof, the windows, damp-proofing and re-pointing, but I fell in love with it. I just have to try and kill the Solicitors now...

Slaving away at work at the minute. I've have to do a power-point presentation to last 30 minutes. It has to be of the same standard as the Presentation I did for the Annual Achievment Awards. *Problem* The powerpoint for the Annula Achievement Awards was only 10 minutes long, and it took me 3 MONTHS to complete and perfect. This one is 3 times the length and it has to be completed by the end of Thursday this week!!! (I only got the completed speech at 9.00am on Tuesday Morning!!!)
