What to say? I think it's likely that the name "Hilton" is a vague reference to mayor Hamilton Hill, of Gotham City (though I really only know him from Batman: The Animated Series). I have no idea if "Chase" had any connection to anything, when I named him. I also want to say that this bio is the only reference I have to the age of the town of Western Gulch, and I feel like some other character bios could conceivably seem to be in contradiction with the "10 years" thing. But I'll figure it out later, if necessary.
